  • Время: 15 минут строго (не позже 9:30)
  • Формат: стоя (или камеры on для remote)
  • Участники: вся SDR команда + менеджер

Структура (каждый отвечает)

  • Вчера: сколько meetings booked, key wins
  • Сегодня: фокус дня, priority accounts
  • Blockers: что мешает (решаем offline)

Дополнительно (менеджер)

  • Team progress vs weekly goal
  • Quick wins celebration (кто забронировал вчера)
  • One tactical tip (messaging, objection handling)
Anti-pattern: Standup превращается в 45-минутный отчёт. Держите строго 15 минут. Детали — в 1:1.

Урок 2. Weekly 1:1: development + accountability

35-45 мин

Структура Weekly 1:1 (30 мин)

  • Check-in (5 мин): как дела, настроение, personal
  • Metrics review (10 мин): progress vs goal, key numbers
  • Coaching focus (10 мин): одна область для улучшения
  • Action items (5 мин): что делаем до следующего 1:1

Вопросы для 1:1

  • Что сработало на этой неделе лучше всего?
  • Где чувствуешь friction или сложности?
  • Какой один skill хочешь прокачать?
  • Чем я могу помочь?
  • Что я должен знать, но не спросил?
Best practice: 1:1 — время SDR, не менеджера. Пусть SDR готовит agenda и ведёт встречу. Менеджер слушает и помогает.

Урок 3. QA Reviews: контроль качества

30-40 мин

Что ревьюим

  • Emails: 5-10 писем в неделю per SDR
  • Calls: 2-3 recorded calls в неделю
  • LinkedIn: connection requests, follow-ups
  • Meeting notes: качество handoff к AE

QA Scorecard критерии

  • Personalization: есть ли relevance к prospect
  • Value prop: чётко ли articulated
  • CTA: понятный next step
  • Tone: professional, not pushy
  • Grammar/Typos: качество текста

Формат QA Session

  • Self-review: SDR сначала сам оценивает
  • Manager review: дополняет, не переписывает
  • Action: один фокус улучшения на неделю
Важно: QA — не для наказания, а для development. Создайте safe space для честного фидбека.
