The creative.

You write the message. If it triggers spam filters across providers, we pause the campaign and ask you to revise it.

We don't push failing creative through aggressive rotation. That destroys deliverability for everyone on our network.

The infrastructure.

We handle relays, IPs, warmup state, rotation, and provider routing. If a relay can't reach a recipient's provider, we switch it. If a sending account degrades, we rotate it out.

You never touch this layer. It's our job.

When we pause a campaign

  • Spam folder hits exceed our threshold across multiple seed providers
  • Bounce rate spikes above safe limits
  • A creative is flagged by pre-send analysis as high spam-risk
  • Recipient lists show poor hygiene (high invalid / catch-all ratio)

When this happens, the campaign stops. You get a report with seed evidence and a recommendation. Resume after the issue is fixed — usually a creative revision or list cleanup.

How do you confirm a message reached the inbox?

Through a global seed network (real mailboxes across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Mail.ru, Yandex, T-Online, and 3 more) plus engagement signals from the recipient.

What happens if your seed monitoring is wrong?

We don't bill for that delivery. The default is no charge unless inbox-confirmed.

Can I use my own domains and accounts?

Yes. BYO accounts run at a discounted per-delivery rate.

How are you different from Instantly or Smartlead?

We don't sell sending volume. We sell verified inbox placement — billing aligns with the only metric that matters for outreach ROI.

What happens if my creative starts hitting spam folders?

We pause the campaign automatically. You get a report showing which seed providers flagged the creative and why. To resume, you revise the creative and we restart sending.

We don't try to "push through" with aggressive rotation. Forcing failing creative damages your domain reputation and ours, and makes future campaigns worse. Pausing is protection, not punishment.

Who is responsible for the creative — me or you?

You. The creative is yours: subject line, body copy, CTA, list quality.

The infrastructure is ours: relays, IPs, warmup, rotation, routing, seed monitoring, deliverability diagnostics.

If a creative fails — we tell you why, with seed evidence. If a relay fails — we rotate it, you don't even see it.

This split is non-negotiable. It's the reason our inbox rate stays high across all clients on the network.

Can you guarantee inbox delivery for any creative?

No. And anyone who promises that is either lying or burning your domain reputation to make a number look good for one month.

We guarantee infrastructure quality. The creative is your variable. Together, that produces inbox rate. If the creative is wrong, no infrastructure on earth will fix it sustainably.
