Live Direct Marketing is a B2B outreach automation platform that provides: • Email account management and CRM functionality • Email sending and receiving via connected email accounts (including Gmail via OAuth) • Contact and company management • Outreach campaign automation • Email dialog classification and organization

2. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to: • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws • Keep your account credentials confidential and secure • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account • Not use the Service to send unsolicited spam or violate anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) • Comply with Google's Terms of Service when using Gmail integration We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Google OAuth and Gmail Integration

When you connect your Google account to the Service: • You authorize the Service to access your Gmail data (send, receive, and read emails) to provide CRM functionality. • The Service uses the Gmail API scope (mail.google.com) to send and receive emails on your behalf through the CRM platform. • Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. • You can revoke access at any time via Google Account settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions • Upon revocation, all OAuth tokens and cached data will be removed within 24 hours.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Live Direct Marketing. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership of any content you create, upload, or transmit through the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Your use or inability to use the Service • Any interruption or cessation of the Service • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data • Any third-party actions related to the Service
